Jill was elected to the board in May 2019. Jill has over 20 years of experience in retail, her former role being the director of customer services at Specsavers.

Jill now runs her own customer experience consultancy as well as delivering lectures on customer experience, retail, and leadership management. She has an MBA certificate in education and an Institute of Directors certificate in company direction. Jill's focus is to make sure members and colleagues are at the forefront of all governance decisions made by CI Coop so that our members receive the best experience possible.
